Description of Silicon Press:
1. Make sure to heat the wax to 125°C (257°F) for 30 minutes to kill all bacteria and viruses. This is how the factory uses wax to make its own foundation. Now you can easily make it at home. And only a small place is needed.
2. It is best to pour the wax into the mold at a temperature of 80-90°C (176-194°F). Let it cool down for 60 seconds, then complete all operations here. All you need to do is reduce the size, open the mold, and take out the beautiful beeswax bottom paper!
3. The thickness depends on the temperature, and the weight is usually 80-150 grams per sheet.
4. For Langstroth board: 19.7 cm x 41.7 cm (7.72 x 16.34 inches), pixel size: 5.4 mm or 4.9 mm.
